Organizing Life Reduces Stress

An easy system to use is one which involves different colored file folders. For each of these colors, you might designate another category – i.e. red for important things, green for bills, etc. You could keep these folders in an area of your home you visit frequently, helping you to always know what needs to be done. You will also always know where to put something that you receive. Get rid of junk means get rid of stress. The best way to make your life be more organized is to get rid of things you don’t need. When you get rid of the stuff you don’t use, you will free up space in which to breathe and to feel better about your life. And if this is difficult for you, try putting away things in a storage facility to see how your life feels without these items.
