Using Stress Monitor


Stress Monitor is launched as any other Health Reviser's service. To start you'll be asked to attach the ear-clip on your ear lobe (or finger-tip device can be used instead) and plug-in monitoring device into USB port of your computer.

When started, the tool gets minimized into system tray where can be conveniently accessed when needed. And you can continue working hands-free while your stress is being monitored. When stress level is in the borderline zone, it kindly prompts you to do a 5-minutes session in Stress Sweeper. After that your stress is reduced and you can get back to your work. Alternatively you can use stress relievers other than Stress Sweeper, like think of the best moment of your life, about kids, your wife or husband, about sunshine and the beach. You'll see how all that affects your stress level!

At any moment you can stop and get your stress monitor report.

Stress level consistency. Here you can see how long you were in each stress zone. Have a goal to see a long green bar there.

Progress from last session. This parameter shows the progress (in %) you've made comparing to the previous Stress Monitor session. The bigger the value is, the better your stress was managed in the current session.

Everyday stress level. Here you can see your average stress level.
