Using stress test - getting stress level

For a number of years now, doctors have been using different tools to determine the state of our mind and body. This is a process called biofeedback and has come from the belief that certain mental and physical occurrences produces differing physiological reactions. Such reactions include increased temperature and heart rate, among many others. A blood pressure gauge and a thermometer are just two of the most common biofeedback device. Stress monitors are also designed as such.

There is also non-invasive PET imaging but this is used mostly in clinics specializing at monitoring stress and its different effects to both the mind and body.
