Your Biological (Real) Age

Biological Age

What is your Biological Age?
Your biological age is how time and your lifestyle have affected your organs and cells compared to other people of your chronological age. Factors of biological aging include changes in the physical structure of the body as well as changes in the performance of motor skills and sensory awareness.

Your chronological age is your current age in years, calculated from your birth date.

What does this mean? It means you may be 40 years old, but you have the health and body of a 50 year old. Or, on the flip side, you may be 55 years old and have the health and body of a 38 year old. There is a direct link between vitality and behavioral changes. Healthy living equals slow aging, where unhealthy lifestyle choices equal rapid aging.

Your Biological Age - why it is so important to know it?

It is a fact that health problems can be slow in showing themselves in the form of symptoms. The human body is designed to heal itself and make allowances for deficiencies for a long while before it is overcome and succumbs to disease. This is the point where symptoms begin to interfere with our daily lives and we must go to the doctor. But what if we could somehow detect these problems long before then and have a chance to correct them? That is truly the best option. Everyone ages, but the health problems we must deal with as we age can make a remarkable difference in our biological age and quality of life.

This is why it is important to know your biological age. If you know where the problems exist, you can initiate the lifestyle modifications necessary to improve your health and increase your vitality. People are living longer these days and the best case scenario is to live a healthy, long life. Another point to consider is that people are concerned about being able to afford health care as they live longer. They are looking for ways to lower health care costs and take personal responsibility for their health.

A far better and more accurate tool for gauging your biological age is the Biological Age Test. You simply attach a USB pulse wave sensor to your earlobe or a finger, sit comfortably, relax and follow the simple instructions on your screen. You’ll be asked to take 6 deep breaths in one minute. Your body’s reaction would be analyzed with the on-screen pacer. After you're finished, your results will be compared with results from a vast database of healthy individuals of your age group and then generates your report. How this test works is it detects how sensitive your body’s autonomic nervous system (ANS) is. ANS is responsible for controlling most of the body organs, and is sensitive enough to detect internal or external positive and negative impacts and react accordingly. The more sensitive your ANS is, the younger your bio age is. When your ANS sensitivity becomes degraded by stress or sickness, the test will show this through slow reactions, or an absence of your body’s reaction.

If you have been taking care of yourself, the test may show that your biological age is 5 to 10 years younger than your calendar age. However, this parameter may show your real age to be several years older than your actual age, in which case it will give you recommendations on how to improve your health in specific ways, such as with better nutrition, exercise, supplements, more sleep, etc. Health reviser's Biological Age test is a sensitive indicator of a health disorders, that allows you to make an early decision, so that hopefully health issues never become a problem.

In conclusion:
