Spotting Disease with Health Assessments

Your health is trying to tell you something, isn’t it? While you might be feeling run down and just not right, you’ve done your best to explain your feelings off as being stressed out, overworked, or a sleep-deprived parent. But somehow, you’ve begun to wonder if these feelings were something more, something possibly more serious. No matter your current state of health right now, you might want to begin monitoring your health to make sure that those everyday aches and pains are just that – everyday aches and pains. You can do a lot to watch your health and take action if things seem to be heading in the wrong direction.

How are You Feeling?

What you might want to keep in mind is that your health is the most important thing you have. And your body wants to be healthy. Often, your body will begin to tell you how it feels, even when you’re not listening. Right now, take a moment to think about how you feel and what signs you might have noticed which may have alerted you to a possible health problem. Write these all down and think about what you have done to help these issues do away. If you’ve been tired, then ask yourself if you have taken extra time to sleep. And if you have been getting enough sleep, did it feel like it helped? Or did you think that you still needed to sleep more? Realize right now that your intuition and a nagging feeling that something might be wrong may be right. You might have something going on and your body is trying to tell you – but now you need to listen.

The Trend of Your Health Assessments

When you are able to monitor your health regularly with daily or weekly health assessments, you will begin to notice a trend. You will see times when your health is going up and other times when your health seems to be moving downward. Some of this movement is normal, as when you’re sick or stressed, your body may not be very healthy. But when you begin to notice that the trend of your health assessments is moving steadily downward, it’s time to do something about it. That is a sign that there is something wrong with your body and something that may be easily fixed. When you notice that the health levels are going down again and again, in spite of changes to your lifestyle, that can be a true sign of an underlying sickness trying to take hold.

Changing the Health of Your Body

Monitoring your health can alert you to a problem with your body, but you need to then take actions. You might simply want to head to your doctor, but there are things you can do on your own as well. You might want to review the bad habits you might have in place right now. Think about how you might be able to change these habits to be more positive. Once you’ve made some changes, you may find that your health levels go back up again – and that you’re feeling better. Even the smallest changes can add up to big health benefits, while the larger changes (like quitting smoking) will make your body all the more vibrant and energetic. You are the one with the power to make your health better, but only if you begin to realize what your body needs from you in order to regain its health. Listening to your body is the first step, following through on making changes is important too.

How to Monitor Your Health at Home

With Health Snapshot, it only takes five minutes to find out where your health levels are. This computer program is easy to install and to use, with just a sensor being placed on your ear lobe while the test is running. You will see a summary of your health levels on the screen and be able to make health changes based on this report. As you do change your health habits, do another health assessment to ensure that you are making progress. If not, you might want to try some additional health changes – or check with a medical professional for assistance.

The Health Snapshot Program for Health Monitoring

Health Snapshot

The Health Snapshot program helps you look into the state of your health every day. As you check in with your health levels each day, you will begin to see that your health is changing daily. This will allow you to make health decisions based on the findings. And in many cases, you can do things to make yourself feel better, based on the seven levels of readings you see on the computer screen. Scientifically valid and quick, the Health Snapshot program makes sense for those who don’t want to spend all of their time or money at the doctor’s office. Be careful though, like any other program it’s not a doctor replacement and not a treatment for any medical need.
