Since many children are often home alone when the parents are at work, having only healthy options around will help to protect them from obesity. Your home health plan should also include cooking only healthy foods at every meal, foods which everyone is going to eat. No one should be eating ‘junk’ foods while others are eating healthy. Setting a healthy example means the whole family needs to be involved.

Keep the Television and Computer Off
